Returns/Refund Policy
We are committed to providing high-quality products, and all sales are final with limited exceptions. Please review the following conditions carefully before initiating a return:
Eligibility for Returns
- Items may only be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team at orderhealx@swiftmedical.com to request a return authorization.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item(s) back.
- Pack the item securely and include all relevant documentation.
- Ship the item using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds
- If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on Swift Medical's part.
- Refund processing may take up to 10 business days after we have received and inspected your item.
Exchanges
We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If approved, we will provide you with a replacement. Exchanges for different items or models are not permitted.
